ABOUT
This UX project is being conducted as part of an internship at SEB. The project focuses on improving the user experience of one internal platform used by two different departments with differing needs, both consisting of SEB employees based in Riga. The overall purpose is to support employees in working more efficiently and diligently by enhancing usability, clarity, and consistency across the platform. In parallel, the project involves redesigning existing interfaces to align with SEB Green, SEB’s internal design system.
CHALLENGE
The main challenge is to improve the usability of existing internal platform while working within an established corporate design system and ongoing organizational processes. The platform need to support employees’ daily workflows more effectively, while maintaining visual and functional consistency with SEB Green. As the project is ongoing, detailed outcomes and constraints are still evolving.
